Brieger, Chief Justice of the Trial Court, dated 3 September 2026. Twenty-five pages: a cover letter stating six numbered asks, each naming the guideline or worksheet line it would change and, where the ask changes a dollar amount, the proposed replacement language; Attachment A, the worked example run through the worksheet line by line; and Attachment D, background and the fifty-jurisdiction comparison. - Attachment E: Figures Working paper appendix, not part of the Trial Court submission, not yet posted Eighteen pages, seventeen figures (E01–E17), each with the custody arrangement, number of children, whether child care is in the order, and the incomes used stated under its title. Built for the SSRN working-paper version of this analysis and a planned letter to a child-support-guidelines researcher, not for the Trial Court package, which is frozen at the version above. The PDF is the document of record; the site is how to check it
The PDFs are the documents as they will actually be sent or posted. This is what a recipient at the Trial Court, or a reader of the working paper, will see. The web pages on this site restate the same figures and the same six asks with direct links to the code and data behind each one, which a PDF cannot offer. Where the wording differs at all, the PDF is the document of record for what was sent; the web pages are how to check it.
